Jordan POV

Locking the bathroom door behind me, I sigh loudly and sit down on the closed toilet.

I'm such a stupid person, wow! Always running away from my problems like I'm on my way to the fucking finish line.

"Shit." I mumble to myself, standing back up again and looking at my reflection in the dusty, small mirror.
"Wake up, Jordan."

Maybe It was a mistake to fly economy. I should've remembered that I am not no one anymore.
Billie freaking Eilish is my girlfriend and I can't even take care of my anonymity in public.

Especially around young people like her fans... they won't think for long and spread the word about things they know nothing about. Nothing.

I shrug my worries off for a second and start splashing some cold water onto my face, feeling my skin refresh instantly.

Think, Jordan. You need to think.
And this time with your brain, not your ass.

I prepare myself mentally and step out of the stall, meeting a woman who waits to finally use the restroom.

I made up my mind and decided it was best if I just upgraded to First Class right now. I can't and won't be putting myself under more pressure than I already did. I've got enough.

I'm finally good again with Billie and no noisy little boy can change that. Well... at least I hope so.

"Hey, M'am?" I speak up, tapping the shoulder of a stewardess standing at the end of the aisle.

"What's wrong sweetheart?"

"Uhm, nothing really. I'd just really like to move to First Class... if that's okay."

Her smile instantly changes to a reassuring one, seeing how stressed out I am.

Why do I react in such a childish way? Or is it okay to feel like that?

"Sure. Follow me, Darling." The friendly woman tells me, leading me to what seems to be what I was looking for.
"Here, sit down. Do you want a glass of water?" She asks me before leaving again.

"Yeah... sure." I smile and she walks away, returning right away with my beverage.

"Do you mind me asking what the matter or reason is that you wanted to upgrade?"

"Oh..." I stutter, caught off guard.
"I just... wanted to be here for the flight. Nothing special." I lie.

She nods and tell me that she will go and get my bags and that I won't need to worry about the payment just yet. I just needed to give her my email adress.

"Here you go, miss Lewis. I hope you're mow able to enjoy your visit to the fullest." I hear the flight attendant say from next to me, causing my eyes to fall on her.

How did she know my name.

"Thanks... uhm, how did you-" I start.

"Oh, sorry. You've just looked familiar to me and I just remember why. I've been seeing you a lot with Miss Eilish on our aircrafts. It's a pleasure to have a chat with you." She says, cutting me of nicely.
