Camryn Quinn is finally getting what she wants...sort of. Moving into a dorm and away from her not so supportive father is a good first step, but like everything with him, it comes with strings. She must attend the college of his choosing for at least one year and prove to him that she's ready to be on her own. Then she can go wherever she wants. The only problem is that he is the head football coach and local celebrity at the school of his choice.

Taylor Reed is an All-American tight end who is fresh off a record breaking season that ended with a torn ACL. A future in the NFL is almost as inevitable as a full recovery, but when tragedy strikes his family, he's forced to take the first offer that comes his way.

Camryn and Taylor's worlds become intertwined when she's assigned to tutor him, but neither will admit the role they play in pushing the other to reach their goals. Together they help check things off the proverbial to-do list that ends with everyone getting what they want...but at what cost?

Annabeth Reed had simple goals in her life, graduate at the top of her class, get a nice boyfriend and mostly win the scholarship to her dream art school. She had everything she could wish for a set of supportive parents, an annoying but lovable older brother, and two amazing best friends, but her life would have been so much better if not for her. Emmalyn Cole also known as the school's sweetheart was the exact opposite. She was bright, loud and the absolute center of Rosewood High. Being the daughter of a self-made businesswoman and a famous pianist, she knew she was destined for greatness, but in sophomore year when she was publicly dumped by her boyfriend for her sister, she felt her friends and life slipping away. Junior year she knew that the scholarship to the art school her sister wanted would be her saving grace. She would easily get in if not for her. What started as a small competition spanned into a decade-long rivalry between the two girls. Both ambitious and always after excellence. With the turn of fate, they are once again competing head-on with each other. With the growing competition, a new boy comes along catching everyone's attention including those two and soon they find themselves competing for something other than the scholarship. As time plays with the hearts of the sixteen-year-olds they move towards adulthood and with that comes messy feelings, responsibilities, fear of the future, and a glimpse into the world outside. As the days pass and they grow closer, the girls find themselves questioning is he the one? or are they each other's perfect half?

5 parts Ongoing
When Sophie Bennett arrives at prestigious Westbrook University for her freshman year, she's ready for the classic college experience: new friends, late-night study sessions, and maybe even romance. What she's not ready for is to find Jake Carter unpacking his stuff in what's supposed to be her single dorm room. Due to a catastrophic housing system glitch during peak enrollment, they've both been assigned to Room 304 in the co-ed Arlington Hall-and with every dorm on campus filled to capacity and a housing waitlist stretching into next semester, they're stuck together. Sophie is a driven psychology major with color-coded planners and dreams of becoming a therapist, while Jake is a laid-back architecture major who takes life as it comes, with a sketchbook always in hand and a tendency to stay up until 3 AM working on projects. Living in impossibly close quarters means witnessing each other at their most vulnerable-Jake walking around shirtless after morning showers, Sophie in oversized t-shirts with sleep-mussed hair, stolen glances that linger too long, and an accidental kiss during a moment of weakness that they both agree to forget (even though neither of them can). As they navigate the electric tension crackling between them, establish ground rules that become harder to follow, and pretend that sharing a room with someone you're wildly attracted to is totally normal, Sophie and Jake discover that the line between roommates and something more isn't just blurred-it's completely erased. By the time they finally stop fighting what's been building between them since day one, they'll realize that sometimes the best things in life are the ones you never saw coming, and that falling in love with your roommate might just be the perfect disaster.
