Zelda is entering her senior year of high school and is preparing to move on to her college life. She does love school, and she hates when people distract her from her school work. Her high school, Hyrule High, is the only high school throughout Hyrule, so every teen across Hyrule goes there. In her free time, she likes to read and spend time with her best friends, Impa and Purah. She doesn't have that many friends, but who knows, maybe she'll find some new ones, and maybe someone who's more than a friend. ;) But enough explaining, Let's Dive Into The Story!! When Zelda is forced to marry a tyrant that would bring her country to ruin, she lashes out at her new husband. The new King plots against her so he can have the kingdom and the Triforce for himself but Zelda has many friends in Hyrule. She must leave Hyrule Castle, her home, with no one but a knight at her side. She leaves with a promise, a promise to return some day, an army at her side and retake her kingdom, liberating her subjects from the King's tyranny. This is a Zelink story but I doubt it will be as good as my first Zelink story, 'A Princess Problem' but let's give it a try. But all she wants is to pursue her passion of studying the flora and fauna of Hyrule. As a son of a royal knight, Link has a fighter's spirit. When his father died from an untimely illness, his mother had to marry in order to provide for her two children. Shortly after, she passed, too, leaving Link and his sister to their stepfather. Link was forced to do the household chores if he wanted his stepbrothers to keep their hands off his sister. Before the Great Calamity, Zelda and Link travel amongst Hyrule together. They must learn to tolerate each other on their journey. Zelda, having barely been able to leave the castle much before him, discovered her sense of adventure when she went out with Link. Is it possible that the two of them harbored a secret admiration for each other than ran deeper than friendship? Or would Link maintain his silence and not speak to the princess at all? This story flashes back from before and after the Great Calamity. What happens after Link defeats Calamity Ganon? This story is very long, but if I do say so myself, I think it's worth it!
