"Let me kiss you." she says, the paparazzi swamping the doors as the airport staff tries their best to keep them from running down the walls.
This book tells the story of a girl who unexpectedly runs into the word wide-known superstar Billie Eilish...
Yesterday when Jordan was getting food for us, my manager Justin (Lubliner) texted me and gave me some not very amusing news. Sometimes I just hate my Label. Most of the times if I am being honest. He basically said a bunch of annoying things like: "If you don't wish to stop posting so much about your friend, people will start assuming things. Keep it down." or "You will lose fans or even your carreer when you let Jordan be a part of your everyday life."
Like, what the fuck? Am I not allowed to be with my fucking (girl)friend? Why is that any of your business? I mean I get he is scared but this is my choice even though he doesn't seem to get that. He is just scared to lose me as a contractor. That's basically all these people have. Me, my success and my image. Of course they're trying to protect that. But like I don't get these 'rules'.
So I basically decided to keep it down a bit. He is kind of right because there have been some Rumours and acticles about Jordan and me and if there's anything specific going on between us, but I don't understand how people have to tell me I need to be careful about showing my female friend to much. We live in fucking 2020. If people still thing being a part of LGBTQ+ is wrong then they should start to renew their mindset. Immediately.
"Billie, come on. You have been staring at the TV for a while now." Jordan walks into the bedroom. "Besides the fact that It's not even turned on." She walks over to where I am laying and grabs my hands, pulling me up to my feet.
Two days have passed and we are already in Philadelphia. Time is going by so fast. Live in the moment, guys. I try.
We walk out of our room into the corridor of the hotel, towards the elevator.
"Hey?" Jordan leans her head against my shoulder on the way down to where our breakfast will be taking place.
"Hey." I simply say and unlock my phone to kill the time. Our room is in the last floor. So, all the way up.
Jordan POV
I wonder why Billie is acting like this the whole time. There has to be something bothering her. I just know. She's not like this when she's 'normal'. Maybe she is just tired or something but I can't keep telling myself that, because deep inside I know it can't only be her exhaustion.
Maybe a good, big breakfast will rise her mood.
We arrive at our table with the rest of our people and start eating.
I notice Billie not really being as excited about food as usual. She just said she wasn't hungry but I know her. I need to talk to her as soon as I can.
"Billie?" I poker her side lightly.
She flinches and looks at me, waiting for what I wanted to tell her.
"Come on, let's go look what they have at the buffet." I drag her away from the table and over to the endlessly long counters full of tasty food.
